Sales Development Representative

Outbound SDR
We are looking for a motivated Outbound SDR to join our founding sales team. As one of the first sales hires at our rapidly growing HR/employer of record startup, you will play a crucial role in building out our revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities and schedule demos for our core sales team by cold calling and emailing prospective customers
  • Research accounts to identify key stakeholders and understand pain points our solution can address
  • Achieve weekly metrics around calls made, emails sent, connections made, demos scheduled
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Provide market feedback to the product team on features customers are looking for
  • Maintain organized lead and account records in our CRM
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience in an outbound SDR role, high volume calling experience preferred
  • Ability to handle rejection and have resilient mentality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the HR/HCM & global employer of record space a plus
